Job Requirements

  • Must be at least sixteen years old
  • Must have a valid Food Handlers Certification
  • Ability to learn cash register software used by bar or restaurant POS such as Aloha, Hot Schedule, Paylocity
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Capable of standing for extended periods, lifting and carrying trays, and performing tasks involving bending, stooping, and reaching
  • Must be able to lift at least 15 pounds

  • Prior experience as a Busser or in a similar role preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Clearing and resetting tables promptly and efficiently to provide a clean and welcoming dining area for guests
  • Assisting in dishwashing duties, including sorting, stacking, and ensuring clean dishes, glassware, and utensils are readily available
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including floors, counters, and equipment
  • Regularly sanitizing surfaces to meet health and safety standards
  • Collaborating with serving staff to deliver exceptional service by providing support such as refilling beverages and delivering food orders
  • Cooperating with team members to create a positive work environment and ensure smooth operations
  • Offering friendly and attentive service to guests, responding to inquiries, and assisting with special requests
  • Assisting in stocking supplies such as napkins, condiments, and utensils to ensure availability during service hours
  • Assisting other team members including servers and hosts when necessary to ensure a seamless dining experience
  • Following company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations at all times
  • Performing other related duties as assigned
