Job Requirements

  • Must be at least sixteen years old
  • Previous experience as a Busser or similar hospitality role preferred but not required
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift at least 15 pounds
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must have a valid Food Handlers Certification
  • Ability to learn cash register software like Aloha, Hot Schedule, and Paylocity

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Valid Food Handlers Certification
  • Ability to learn and operate cash register software such as Aloha, Hot Schedule, and Paylocity
  • Minimum age of sixteen

Job Duties

  • Clearing and resetting tables promptly and efficiently
  • Assisting in dishwashing duties including sorting and stacking
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment
  • Collaborating with serving staff to support service delivery including refilling beverages and delivering food orders
  • Cooperating with team members to ensure smooth operations and positive work environment
  • Offering friendly and attentive service to guests and responding to inquiries
  • Assisting in stocking supplies such as napkins, condiments, and utensils
  • Following company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations
  • Supporting other team members including servers and hosts as needed
  • Performing other related duties as assigned
