Job Requirements
- Must be at least sixteen years old
- Previous experience as a Busser or similar hospitality role preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift at least 15 pounds
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have a valid Food Handlers Certification
- Ability to learn cash register software like Aloha, Hot Schedule, and Paylocity

- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Keen attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Valid Food Handlers Certification
- Ability to learn and operate cash register software such as Aloha, Hot Schedule, and Paylocity
- Minimum age of sixteen
Job Duties
- Clearing and resetting tables promptly and efficiently
- Assisting in dishwashing duties including sorting and stacking
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment
- Collaborating with serving staff to support service delivery including refilling beverages and delivering food orders
- Cooperating with team members to ensure smooth operations and positive work environment
- Offering friendly and attentive service to guests and responding to inquiries
- Assisting in stocking supplies such as napkins, condiments, and utensils
- Following company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations
- Supporting other team members including servers and hosts as needed
- Performing other related duties as assigned
