Job Requirements
- Must have a valid Food Handlers Certification
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evening, weekends and holidays
- Must be at least sixteen years old
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking
- Must be able to lift balance and carry trays of food weighing up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining a clean and organized dining area
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation protocols in a restaurant environment
- Must have a valid Food Handlers Certification
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems such as Aloha, Hot schedules and Paylocity
- Must be at least sixteen years old
- Previous experience as a busser or similar position in a fine dining restaurant is preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Clear and reset tables in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that the dining area is clean and presentable for the next guests
- Assist the waitstaff with bringing food and beverages to tables, as well as refilling water glasses and other beverages
- Communicate effectively with the waitstaff to ensure that they have the necessary supplies and equipment to provide excellent service to our guests
- Assist with cleaning duties, including sweeping, and mopping the floors, taking out the trash, and restocking supplies
- Follow safety and sanitation protocols, including proper handling and disposal of dishes and utensils, and maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guests' requests and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all aspects of the dining experience are exceptional for our guests
- Perform other related duties as assigned
