Job Duties
- Provide professional, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service to guests
- Clean and set tables for service
- Serve water, bread, and coffee to guests
- Greet guests by name whenever possible during service
- Stack trays properly for efficient busser loading
- Ensure safety standards are met at all times
- Complete closing duties including storing reusable goods, cleaning, and securing areas
