Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Ability to arrive on-time for all assigned shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime when required
- Must be able to work minimum of 4 days per week including Saturday and Sunday availability
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to balance multiple tasks and work under time constraints
- Must be able to stand and move for extended periods during shifts

- Proficient in English with clear verbal and written communication skills
- Basic math and common-sense reasoning ability
- Exceptional customer service skills in person, over the phone, or online
- Self-motivated with ability to work with little direction
- Ability to prioritize tasks with a customer first focus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- High attention to detail and order accuracy
- Proficient with POS technology
Job Duties
- Greet customers with aloha spirit
- Train and work all front of house stations including cashier, host, expo, curbside, busser, and other assigned positions
- Maintain a customer first attitude
- Fully understand all menu items
- Take customer orders in person and over the phone with the ability to explain dishes and bakery items
- Enter all customer orders into the POS system accurately
- Operate cash register following sales and cash handling procedures
- Clean and reset counters or tables as needed
- Keep guest and employee areas clean, safe, and stocked for daily business
- Perform other duties as assigned
