- Passion for food and ensuring an excellent dining experience for all guests
- energetic and genuine positive attitude while interacting with team-members and all guests
- excellent verbal communication skills
- self-motivated with the ability to follow directions
- ability to pay attention to details
- be able to reach bend stoop and frequently lift up to 30+ pounds
- be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time

Job Duties
- Provide quality and genuine hospitality in a timely manner
- ensure that guests feel important and welcome in the restaurant
- deliver food to the appropriate table announcing each dish
- pre-bus and clean tables
- assist servers and bartenders with service as needed
- stock server stations and the bar as needed
- ability to transition between runner and busser duties based upon service needs and/or guest needs
- adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- other duties as assigned
