Job Duties
- Provide professional and courteous food and beverage service to all guests
- Clean and set up tables in the outlet
- Serve water, bread, and coffee and greet guests by name during meal service
- Stack trays properly for efficient unloading and ensure safety standards
- Complete closing duties including storing reusable goods, cleaning equipment, locking refrigerators, and restocking
- Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
- Inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silver
- Maintain cleanliness using clean-as-you-go procedures and health standards
- Follow all company, safety, and security policies
- Report accidents and unsafe conditions
- Complete safety training
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are professional
- Maintain confidentiality
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Answer telephones with appropriate etiquette
- Develop and maintain positive workplace relationships
- Support team goals
- Observe and respond to concerns
