Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior related work experience required
- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to stand, sit or walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift, move, push, pull and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to use fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to navigate stairs and ramps
- Ability to reach above head and below knees including bending, twisting, pulling and leaning
- Compliance with company safety policies
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent such as General Educational Development (GED)
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally

- Customer service skills
- Physical ability to perform job duties including standing for long periods and lifting objects up to 50 pounds
- Basic reading and verification skills
Job Duties
- Provide professional, courteous and efficient food and beverage service to all guests
- Clean and set tables in the outlet and perform other food service related duties including general cleaning and setup
- Serve water, bread and coffee
- Greet guests by name whenever possible during the course of meal service
- Stack trays properly for efficient bussing
- Ensure safety standards are adhered to at all times
- Complete closing duties including storing reusable items, breaking down goods, cleaning all equipment and areas, returning equipment to proper locations, locking refrigerators, replenishing items, turning off lights, closing doors and completing daily cleaning checklist
- Set up, store and maintain work areas
- Inspect cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass and silverware before use
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
- Practice clean procedures during the cleaning process and comply with health and safety standards
