Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Food Handler Certificate
  • Prior experience as a busser in high-volume hospitality settings preferred
  • Ability to stand lift and bend for extended periods up to 50 pounds
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment

  • Valid Food Handler Certificate
  • Prior busser experience in a high-volume restaurant lounge or nightclub
  • Strong work ethic reliability and positive attitude
  • Comfortable standing lifting and bending for extended periods up to 50 lbs
  • Able to work in a fast-paced high-energy environment
  • Flexible schedule including availability for evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Maintain a polished and professional appearance following company standards
  • Anticipate guest needs and accommodate requests promptly
  • Keep dining areas clean organized and guest-ready at all times
  • Support service staff by communicating guest needs clearly and efficiently
  • Refill water and assist with beverage service as needed
  • Clear and reset tables swiftly and thoroughly during service
  • Keep stations and the venue clean and fully stocked
  • Comply with all sanitation and health department standards
  • Prepare floor and side stations at opening and complete side-work at closing
  • Assist in setting tables and prepping areas for upcoming courses
  • Attend pre-service meetings training sessions and departmental meetings
  • Report any equipment or furniture damage to management immediately
  • Foster a positive and team-oriented atmosphere by learning and leading by example
