Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Food Handler Certificate
- Prior experience as a busser in high-volume hospitality settings preferred
- Ability to stand lift and bend for extended periods up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment

Job Duties
- Maintain a polished and professional appearance following company standards
- Anticipate guest needs and accommodate requests promptly
- Keep dining areas clean organized and guest-ready at all times
- Support service staff by communicating guest needs clearly and efficiently
- Refill water and assist with beverage service as needed
- Clear and reset tables swiftly and thoroughly during service
- Keep stations and the venue clean and fully stocked
- Comply with all sanitation and health department standards
- Prepare floor and side stations at opening and complete side-work at closing
- Assist in setting tables and prepping areas for upcoming courses
- Attend pre-service meetings training sessions and departmental meetings
- Report any equipment or furniture damage to management immediately
- Foster a positive and team-oriented atmosphere by learning and leading by example
