Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience as a busser or in a similar role in hospitality
  • Ability to maintain physical stamina for standing and lifting
  • Effective communication skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Commitment to teamwork and customer service
  • Available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Valid Food Handler Certificate
  • Prior busser experience in a high-volume restaurant, lounge, or nightclub
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
  • Comfortable standing, lifting, and bending for extended periods (up to 50 lbs)
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Flexible schedule including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Maintain a polished and professional appearance following company standards
  • Anticipate guest needs and accommodate requests promptly
  • Keep dining areas clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times
  • Support service staff by communicating guest needs clearly and efficiently
  • Refill water and assist with beverage service as needed
  • Clear and reset tables swiftly and thoroughly during service
  • Keep stations and the venue clean and fully stocked
  • Comply with all sanitation and health department standards
  • Prepare floor and side stations at opening, and complete side-work at closing
  • Assist in setting tables and prepping areas for upcoming courses
  • Attend pre-service meetings, training sessions, and departmental meetings
  • Report any equipment or furniture damage to management immediately
  • Foster a positive and team-oriented atmosphere by learning and leading by example
