Job Requirements
- Pursuing a High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Previous restaurant experience desired
- Ability to use employee self-service on company’s human resources/payroll database
- Valid driver’s license
- Unexpired Arizona food and liquor certifications
- Must meet age requirements to handle and serve alcoholic beverages
- Regular attendance is required
- Additional hours including weekends may be required
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow all safety standards and hygiene guidelines
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures
- Ability to lift and move between 25 and 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Set up tables with appropriate utensils, napkins, condiments, etc. before guests are seated
- Provide friendly and attentive service to guests answering questions or notifying the Server or management with any concerns guests may have
- During meal service, provide attentive service to assigned table(s) removing used dishes, filling water, etc.
- Clean tables including removing used dishes, glasses, and utensils from tables after guests have finished their meals
- Sweep under the tables as well as the general restaurant areas
- Wipe down tables and chairs to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards
- Restock items such as napkins, condiments, etc., as needed throughout shift
- Provide assistance to Server by bringing them additional items they may need for their tables
- Assist Server as needed with food delivery, especially with large parties and during peak periods
- May be scheduled to assist in setting up banquet tables, service food, or other tasks related to events
- Participate in pre-shift meetings, taste tests, and training
- Conform with all safety standards and use of all appropriate safety equipment
- Follow good personal hygiene guidelines
- Perform other duties, as assigned
