Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Provide professional and courteous food and beverage service to guests
- Clean and set tables efficiently, including related service tasks
- Serve water, bread, and coffee, greet guests by name when possible
- Stack trays properly for efficient clearing
- Ensure safety standards are maintained at all times
- Complete closing tasks including storing reusable goods, breaking down items, cleaning equipment and areas, securing refrigerators, replenishing items, turning off lights, closing doors, and completing cleaning checklists
- Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout the day
- Inspect cleanliness and presentation of porcelain, glassware, and silver
- Follow health and safety standards
- Welcome and attend to guests per company policies
- Anticipate and fulfill guest service needs
- Maintain positive workplace relationships and support team goals
- Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 pounds), and moving over uneven or slippery surfaces
- Carry out additional reasonable duties as directed by supervisors
