Job Duties

  • Ensuring the guest dining experience is enjoyable and well-timed
  • Providing a professional and inviting attitude when interacting with guests and employees
  • Assisting with delivery and serving of all food items using pivot point system
  • Removing soiled dishes and utensils between courses
  • Ensuring tables are cleared, cleaned, and reset promptly between seating
  • Carving entrees including pork chops, Chateaubriand, and bone-in New York strip steaks table-side
  • Assisting chef team with kitchen upkeep including restocking silverware and plateware, cleaning surfaces and floors, and closing duties
