Job Requirements
- At least 6 months experience in a high volume restaurant
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and the desire to work with and learn from an amazing team
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift 20 pounds
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends and some holidays
- Must work well under pressure
- Be punctual and professional
- Positive attitude
- Be a team player
- Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
- Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long periods
- Must have a current food handlers card or able to obtain one

Job Duties
- Prepare dining areas before guests are seated, including setting silverware, napkins, tableware and condiments
- Remove dirty utensils and replenish, as needed
- Clean and reset tables after guests leave
- Act as the contact point between Front of House and Back of the House staff
- Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas
- Deliver orders from the kitchen to guest tables rapidly and accurately
- Inform restaurant staff about customer feedback or requests (asking for the check etc)
