Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in hospitality or food service is a plus but not required
- ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- physical stamina to perform manual tasks throughout the shift
- reliable transportation to work locations
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- willing to comply with health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- ability to stand and be on feet for entire shift
- ability to lift and carry up to 25 lb frequently
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lb occasionally
- ability to reach with hands and arms in any direction
- ability to kneel and stoop repeatedly
- good vision and hearing to work in a dynamic restaurant environment
- suitable for all experience levels
Job Duties
- prepare the dining room
- clean and cloth tables
- set decorations, condiments, candles, etc
- maintain cleanliness of menus
- remove completed courses
- replenish utensils
- ensure dining room is well-stocked and tidy
