Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years unless otherwise dictated by state law
- ability to arrive to work on time as scheduled and ready to work

- physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, squat, lift up to 30 lbs, and maintain balance while carrying heavy loads
- commitment to handwashing every 20 minutes and maintaining sanitation and safety standards

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment a plus
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Job Duties
- Arrives to work on time as scheduled and ready to work
- follows Miller's Ale House policies including time recording requirements
- interacts with guests to provide the highest level of customer service and create exceptional guest experiences
- works directly with other team members to ensure all guest needs and requests are fulfilled satisfactorily and promptly
- assists host/hostess with greeting and seating guests
- assists servers with making and delivering non-alcoholic beverages
- assists with providing guests non-alcoholic drink refills
- assists servers in running food to and from guests while ensuring proper food handling guidelines
- acknowledges all guests within five feet in smiling, friendly manner
- provides immediate responses to guests' requests and inquiries
- assists servers with table quality check back to ensure guest satisfaction
- cleans tables and spills during guests' visit
- assists servers in pre-bussing dishware
- provides final removal of plate and glassware after guest departs
- resets tables timely including perfect silverware setup and cleanliness
- collects bus tubs at quality assurance and server stations
- empties trash cans
- ensures proper food handling and sanitation of work areas
- accomplishes end-of-shift side work and stocks work areas ready for next shift
