Job Requirements

Arrives to work on time as scheduled and ready to work
follows company policies including time recording and end-of-shift requirements
interacts with guests to provide highest level of customer service
works directly with team members to fulfill guest needs
assists host/hostess with greeting and seating
assists servers with non-alcoholic beverages
acknowledges guests with friendly manner
responds promptly to guest requests
cleans and resets tables
performs end-of-shift side work
washes hands every 20 minutes
maintains clean and sanitized work areas
adheres to safety and sanitation protocols
supports other front of house functions
communicates effectively with team and management
ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
able to stand for extended periods
able to bend, squat, and lift up to 30 lbs
able to work in varying noise levels
able to remain balanced while carrying heavy loads
able to communicate in fast-paced environment
minimum age of 18 years unless state law dictates otherwise

Job Duties

Arrives to work on time as scheduled and ready to work
follows Miller's Ale House policies in all respects, including time recording requirements
interacts with guests to provide the highest level of customer service and create exceptional guest experiences
works directly with other team members to ensure all guest's needs and requests are fulfilled satisfactorily and promptly
assists host/hostess with greeting and seating guests
assists servers with making and delivering non-alcoholic beverages
assists with providing guests with non-alcoholic drink refills
assists servers in running food to and from guests while ensuring proper food handling guidelines
acknowledges all guests within five feet in a smiling, friendly manner
provides immediate responses to guests' requests and inquiries
assists servers with performing table quality check back
cleans tables and spills throughout guests' visits
assists servers in pre-bussing dishware as guests finish eating
provides final removal of plate and glassware after guest departure
resets tables promptly with perfect silverware setup and cleanliness
collects bus tubs at quality assurance and server stations
empties trash cans
ensures proper food handling and sanitation of work areas
accomplishes end-of-shift side work including stocking work areas for next shift
