Job Requirements
- Arrives to work on time as scheduled and ready to work

- interacts with guests to provide highest level of customer service
- works directly with team members to fulfill guest needs
- assists host/hostess with greeting and seating
- assists servers with non-alcoholic beverages

- cleans and resets tables
- performs end-of-shift side work
- washes hands every 20 minutes
- maintains clean and sanitized work areas
- adheres to safety and sanitation protocols
- supports other front of house functions

- able to bend, squat, and lift up to 30 lbs

Job Duties
- Arrives to work on time as scheduled and ready to work
- follows Miller's Ale House policies in all respects, including time recording requirements
- interacts with guests to provide the highest level of customer service and create exceptional guest experiences
- works directly with other team members to ensure all guest's needs and requests are fulfilled satisfactorily and promptly
- assists host/hostess with greeting and seating guests
- assists servers with making and delivering non-alcoholic beverages
- assists with providing guests with non-alcoholic drink refills
- assists servers in running food to and from guests while ensuring proper food handling guidelines
- acknowledges all guests within five feet in a smiling, friendly manner
- provides immediate responses to guests' requests and inquiries
- assists servers with performing table quality check back
- cleans tables and spills throughout guests' visits
- assists servers in pre-bussing dishware as guests finish eating
- provides final removal of plate and glassware after guest departure
- resets tables promptly with perfect silverware setup and cleanliness
- collects bus tubs at quality assurance and server stations
- empties trash cans
- ensures proper food handling and sanitation of work areas
- accomplishes end-of-shift side work including stocking work areas for next shift
