Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capable of lifting moderate weights
- willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to follow directions and safety protocols
- commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- strong communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- basic knowledge of sanitation and cleanliness standards
- prior experience in restaurant busser or similar role preferred
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- reliable and punctual
Job Duties
- Communicate well with others and believe in the importance of teamwork
- clear, clean, sanitize and reset tables in under 3 minutes
- update and communicate to Hosts and Servers when tables are available for seating
- perform other duties such as light housekeeping, rolling silverware, restroom cleanliness, etc.
- signal table readiness to Hosts
- maintain a clean and organized work environment
- assist in supporting seamless dining operations
