Job Requirements

Previous experience is not required
Must be able to operate kitchen equipment
Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
Have a current Food Handler's Card where applicable or willingness to obtain
Must be able to communicate effectively
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment

Ability to operate kitchen equipment including coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, and POS system
Knowledge of proper sanitation practices and safety procedures

Job Duties

Guide guests through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering
Understand the restaurant menu to identify menu items for takeout and catering, guide guests on choosing menu items, and answer guest questions
Review orders with guests at pick-up or upon delivery and/or with delivery drivers to ensure order accuracy
Deliver an amazing hospitality experience to guests by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations
Clear, clean, and sanitize restaurant tables, bussing dishes to the kitchen dishwasher station and resetting tables as needed
Remove bus tubs from the bar to the kitchen dishwasher station
Restock, clean, and maintain all restaurant stations
Understand restaurant seating layout, the division of tables into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant
Serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout
