Job Requirements
- Pursuing a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- previous restaurant experience desired
- must have a valid driver’s license
- unexpired Arizona food and liquor certifications
- meet age requirements to handle and serve alcoholic beverages
- ability to use employee self-service on company’s human resources/payroll database

- flexible and adaptable to changes in workflow, menu items, staff, etc.
- ability to remain calm during peak hours or challenging guests or members
- demonstrated working knowledge of food handling regulations

Job Duties
- Set up tables with appropriate utensils, napkins, condiments, etc. before guests are seated
- provide friendly and attentive service to guests answering questions or notifying the Server or management with any concerns guests may have
- during meal service, provide attentive service to assigned table(s) removing used dishes, filling water, etc.
- clean tables including removing used dishes, glasses, and utensils from tables after guests have finished their meals
- sweep under the tables as well as the general restaurant areas
- wipe down tables and chairs to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards
- restock items such as napkins, condiments, etc., as needed throughout shift
- provide assistance to Server by bringing them additional items they may need for their tables
- assist Server as needed with food delivery, especially with large parties and during peak periods
- may be scheduled to assist in setting up banquet tables, service food, or other tasks related to events
- participate in pre-shift meetings, taste tests, and training
- conform with all safety standards and use of all appropriate safety equipment
- follow good personal hygiene guidelines
- perform other duties, as assigned
