Job Requirements
- Arrives to work on time as scheduled and ready to work

- Interacts with guests professionally to provide exceptional service
- Works collaboratively with team members to fulfill guest needs promptly
- Supports other front of house functions recognizing overall guest experience impact
- Maintains safety and sanitation standards consistently
- Possesses the physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Demonstrates ability to communicate clearly and timely in a fast-paced environment
- Able to multitask effectively during shifts
- Minimum age of 18 years unless otherwise required by law
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is a plus but not required
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to excellent guest service
- Willingness to learn and follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Minimum age of 18 years unless otherwise dictated by state law
Job Duties
- Assists host/hostess with greeting and seating guests
- Assists servers with making and delivering non-alcoholic beverages
- Provides guests with non-alcoholic drink refills
- Assists servers in running food to and from guests while ensuring proper food handling
- Acknowledges all guests within five feet in a smiling, friendly manner
- Provides immediate responses to guests' requests and inquiries
- Performs table quality check back to ensure guest satisfaction
- Cleans tables and spills throughout guests' visits
- Assists servers in pre-bussing dishware as guests finish eating
- Provides final removal of all plate and glassware after guest departure
- Resets tables promptly with perfect silverware setup and cleanliness
- Collects bus tubs at quality assurance and server stations
- Empties trash cans in the restaurant
- Ensures proper food handling and sanitation of work areas
- Completes end-of-shift side work and ensures work areas are stocked and ready
- Washes hands every 20 minutes throughout the shift
- Maintains clean and sanitized work areas
- Supports front of house functions as needed
- Communicates positively with team members and management
- Provides exceptional service throughout the shift
- Multitasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
