Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Authorized to work in the US
- Able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests
- Able to lift up to 50lbs, reach, bend, and stoop
- Able to stand for up to 10 hours
- Food and alcohol serving certifications obtained prior to employment

- All county required food and alcohol serving certifications must be obtained prior to employment
Job Duties
- Obtain service area assignment at the beginning of each shift
- Remove plates and glassware that guests no longer need
- Take tableware to dish area and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing
- Assist dishwasher by removing remaining food into appropriate waste bin and maintaining a clean dishwashing station
- Clean and clear tables after each guest experience
- Promptly clean table tops, chairs, and booths between seatings
- Check and clean assigned restroom every 30 minutes
- Respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate them to servers as needed
- Assist servers as needed with food delivery, especially with large parties and during peak periods
- Continually communicate and assist front-of-house, bar, and back-of-house teams in stocking, cleaning, and other requested tasks
