Job Requirements

Previous experience is not required
Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
Must be able to operate kitchen equipment, including the coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, point of sale (POS) system and any other applicable systems
Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
Have a current Food Handler's Card where applicable or willingness to obtain
Must be able to communicate effectively
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-work environment

Job Duties

Guide guests through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering
Understand the restaurant menu to identify menu items for takeout and catering
Review orders with guests at pick-up or upon delivery and/or with delivery driver ensuring order accuracy
Deliver an amazing hospitality experience anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations
Clear, clean, and sanitize restaurant tables, buss dishes to kitchen dishwasher station and reset tables as needed
Remove bus tubs from the bar to kitchen dishwasher station
Restock, clean, and maintain all restaurant stations
Understand restaurant seating layout and server areas
Serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout
