Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to follow instructions without close supervision
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Successful completion of background screen and drug test
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Possession of TAM Card (Alcohol Awareness Training)
- Possession of Food Handler Safety Training Card (Health Card)

Job Duties
- Set, clear, and reset tables according to service standards
- Clean and restock buffet lines and service ware as prescribed
- Stock all service stations and maintain cleanliness throughout service
- Clear dirty table settings and transport tableware to the dishwashing area
- Promptly clean tabletops, chairs, and floors between seatings
- Assist food servers with table service and food delivery, especially during peak periods and large parties
- Respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate needs to servers as required
- Coordinate with servers and host/hostess to ensure efficient seating, table utilization, and guest service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all assigned public and service areas
- Follow all company safety, security, and sanitation policies
- report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management
