Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including overtime as needed
- Proficiency with sales and CRM software
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

- Crush business travel sales and revenue goals

- Represent the hotel in local community and industry organizations
- Assist with special promotions, meetings, and team initiatives
