Job Requirements
- Must be able to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and temperatures
- Ability to sit for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per day)
- Capacity to walk long distances, sometimes on uneven or slippery surfaces
- Ability to push, pull, and lift objects up to 50 pounds
- Tolerate exposure to dust, vehicle fumes, and noise
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Successfully pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
Job Qualifications
- 21 years or older
- Valid CDL Class A or B with passenger and airbrake endorsement (for CDL positions)
- Minimum 3 years of driving experience, personal or professional
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Availability to work day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts
- Ability to pass DOT drug testing and physical examination
Job Duties
- Execute flawless operations by following designated routes and schedules
- Adhere to stringent safety protocols and traffic regulations
- Exhibit exceptional care and assistance to passengers during boarding, riding, and disembarking
- Conduct comprehensive pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Report maintenance issues promptly
- Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of vehicle safety equipment
- Uphold company policies including seat belt enforcement and emergency preparedness
- Perform other duties as required
