Job Requirements
- Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed
- Ability to sit for long periods
- Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments
- Must comply with DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Must pass background check
- Reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities
Job Qualifications
- 21 years or older
- Valid CDL Class B with passenger endorsement or ability to obtain Class B with P endorsement
- Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Availability to work day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts
- Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable
Job Duties
- Execute flawless operations by meticulously following designated routes and schedules
- Adhere to stringent safety protocols and traffic regulations
- Exhibit exceptional care and assistance towards passengers to ensure smooth boarding and comfortable rides
- Perform comprehensive pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Promptly report any maintenance issues
- Maintain highest standards of cleanliness and safety equipment readiness
- Uphold company policies and procedures including seat belt enforcement and emergency response preparedness
- Perform other duties as required
