Job Requirements
- Be 18 years of age or older

- ability to stand for extended periods

- capacity to work in wet, humid, hot, and cold conditions

Job Qualifications

- prior experience in food preparation or similar role preferred

Job Duties
- Assist in operating bun and dessert dumpling machinery
- assist in cleaning bun and dessert dumpling machinery
- load and unload the bun steamer oven
- pack and seal bun and dessert dumpling items
- follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment
- support team in maintaining a clean and efficient prep area
- communicate effectively in a team-oriented environment
