Job Requirements

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • legally authorized to work in the United States
  • available to work Monday through Saturday
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times
  • capacity to work in wet, humid, hot, and cold conditions
  • follow all safety procedures
  • use appropriate personal protective equipment
  • friendly and energetic demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in food preparation or similar role preferred
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • strong attention to detail
  • positive and professional attitude

Job Duties

  • Assist in operating bun and dessert dumpling machinery
  • assist in cleaning bun and dessert dumpling machinery
  • load and unload the bun steamer oven
  • pack and seal bun and dessert dumpling items
  • follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment
  • support team in maintaining a clean and efficient prep area
  • communicate effectively in a team-oriented environment
