Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- must be 18 years or older
- ability to work Tuesday through Saturday 6:00 PM to 1:30 PM
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times per day
- ability to push carts weighing up to 100 pounds
- willingness to work in wet, hot, and cold conditions
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- ability to follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment
- Monday-Saturday availability preferred
- must practice proper body mechanics

Job Duties
- Assist in operating different types of bun and dessert dumpling-related machinery
- assist in cleaning different types of bun and dessert dumpling-related machinery
- assist in loading and unloading the bun steamer oven
- pack and seal bun and dessert dumpling items
- follow safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment
- maintain a positive and professional attitude
- work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
