Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Class A CDL
- Must be able to pass a DOT physical prior to first day of employment
- Ability to obtain a CDL permit by 15th business day and CDL license by 45 business days if not currently held
- One year commercial driving experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills preferred
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to perform heavy physical labor for extended periods
- Corrected vision and hearing to normal range
- Must complete forklift certification
- Detail-oriented
- Must meet PBV driving qualifications
- Must be able to work required hours
Job Qualifications

- One year commercial driving experience in local delivery preferred
- Excellent customer service in direct store delivery (DSD) preferred
- Ability to perform basic financial calculations
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to meet PBV driving qualifications
- Must be able to successfully complete forklift certification
- Must be proficient in English
Job Duties
- Delivers product and materials to large format customers by driving a truck over 26,000 pounds
- Interacts with customers consistent with PBV ideals and values
- Operates a hand-held device to accurately complete sales transactions
- Supports movement, loading, and unloading of product using material handling equipment such as forklift, pallet jack, switcher, tractor-trailer
- Documents logistics and sales activity using BOL, VCR, and hand-held computer
- Adheres to all DOT regulations and safety guidelines
- Follows all company rules and performs other assigned duties
