Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license
- prior delivery driving experience preferred
- ability to work Monday through Friday with a flexible schedule
- ability to operate company vehicle safely and courteously
- ability to lift and unload products as required
- compliance with State Beverage Laws and company policies
- reliable attendance and punctuality
- ability to communicate effectively with team and customers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in delivery driving preferred
- valid driver’s license
- good communication skills
- ability to operate handheld devices
- ability to work well within a team
- customer service orientation
- basic math skills for invoice reconciliation
Job Duties
- Reports to work at pre-determined time Monday thru Friday
- follows an established daily route sequence to ensure all customers receive proper service
- responsible for delivery and check-in of pre-sold orders
- unloads truck as needed
- responsible for reconciling price or quantity discrepancies to ensure invoice accuracy
- records all stops and transactions in hand held device
- responsible for pickup and removal of empty pallets at every delivery
- works closely with Team Leader and Sales Representatives to ensure smooth delivery of products
- listens to and attempts to resolve customer complaints when possible
- communicates daily with Team Leader with any concerns or opportunities
- maintains NFS culture of dignity and respect and works as a productive member of a team
- keeps company vehicle clean at all times
- attends all trainings and communication meetings as required
- responsible for all company provided equipment including vehicle phone radio uniforms gas card pass key
- adheres to all Anheuser-Busch policies
- adheres to all State Beverage Laws
- operates company vehicle in a safe and courteous manner
- wears only company provided uniforms
- monitors State of Florida No Sale and Cash Only lists to ensure compliance
- checks mailbox daily for sales updates customer call-ins and other pertinent information
- all other duties as assigned
