Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand during entire shift
- Flexible schedule and able to work long hours

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in hotel or related field preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Job Duties
- Provide highest quality service to guests while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation
- Be attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to guests, managers, and co-workers
- Keep work areas clean and stocked according to meal periods
- Maintain tables cleaned and properly set
- Breakdown trays of soiled dishes and linen according to standards
- Assist with pre-bussing tables and promptly resolve guest requests
- Complete opening and closing duties and cleaning checklist
