Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous leadership experience in high-volume restaurant or similar environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to develop and mentor teams
- Commitment to achieving business goals and maintaining quality standards
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a General Manager in high-volume locations
- Experience in quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills
- Ability to lead and develop teams
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving business targets
- Must be 18 years or older
Job Duties
- Running a profitable restaurant while meeting quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Setting restaurant goals and creating action plans with leadership team
- Leading and mentoring Department and Shift Managers
- Building and developing a high-performing team
- Creating a culture of excellence embracing energy, purpose, and guest satisfaction
