Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Previous leadership experience in high-volume restaurant or similar environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and mentor teams
  • Commitment to achieving business goals and maintaining quality standards
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a General Manager in high-volume locations
  • Experience in quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills
  • Ability to lead and develop teams
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving business targets
  • Must be 18 years or older

Job Duties

  • Running a profitable restaurant while meeting quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • Setting restaurant goals and creating action plans with leadership team
  • Leading and mentoring Department and Shift Managers
  • Building and developing a high-performing team
  • Creating a culture of excellence embracing energy, purpose, and guest satisfaction
