Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- Complete and pass all required trainings including company policies and federal, state, and local regulations
- Ability to stand, walk, and be physically active for shifts up to 10 hours
- Capacity to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 60 lbs
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts and meetings
- Proficiency in written and verbal English
- Ability to perform mental math
- Adherence to company policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook and Mafia Manifesto
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is beneficial
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Passion for serving and helping others
Job Duties
- Engage with customers and provide friendly greetings and thanks
- Ask customers about their needs and educate them on menu items and specials

- Ensure consistency in delivering speed, quality, and service
- Maintain a positive attitude and encourage optimism
- Show reliability by arriving on time and communicating availability
