Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a valid Food Handler Permit or Certification as required
- Complete, pass, and maintain all company-mandated trainings and certifications
- Have reliable transportation to ensure punctuality for shifts and meetings
- Be physically capable of standing, walking, and performing tasks up to 10 hours per shift
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 65 lbs
- Comply with all company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook and Mafia Manifesto
- Maintain strong communication skills in English
- Be prepared to work in varying weather conditions and perform occasional physical activities such as stooping, kneeling, or climbing ladders
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills including verbal and written English proficiency
- Ability to perform mental math quickly
- Adaptability to changing work environments
- Willingness to learn and complete required training and certifications
- People-oriented mindset with a positive, team-player attitude
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting them warmly and providing a special experience
- Ask and educate customers about menu items, products, and current specials
- Embody and promote Dutch Bros culture and values in every interaction
- Be consistent in delivering speed, quality, and service to meet customer expectations
- Maintain a positive attitude and encourage optimism among coworkers and customers
- Be reliable by showing up on time and communicating availability and scheduling needs
- Help out team members as needed to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
