Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement for serving alcoholic beverages
- ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- previous serving experience preferred
- knowledge of food and beverage safety
- basic math skills for handling guest checks
- ability to follow company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Serve menu items and beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner
- assist in maintaining the restaurant and equipment via opening and closing checklists
- create an operation that values company standards of guest service
- ensure every guest contact meets or exceeds expectations to drive repeat business
- contribute to a high-energy and engaging environment
- communicate effectively with management and family members
- maintain knowledge of menu items, recipes, and state liquor regulations
