Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement for serving alcoholic beverages
  • ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • previous serving experience preferred
  • knowledge of food and beverage safety
  • basic math skills for handling guest checks
  • ability to follow company policies and procedures

Job Duties

  • Serve menu items and beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner
  • assist in maintaining the restaurant and equipment via opening and closing checklists
  • create an operation that values company standards of guest service
  • ensure every guest contact meets or exceeds expectations to drive repeat business
  • contribute to a high-energy and engaging environment
  • communicate effectively with management and family members
  • maintain knowledge of menu items, recipes, and state liquor regulations
