Job Requirements

  • Pass appropriate security clearance per company policy
  • Ability to perform major life activities including standing, lifting, bending, learning, reading, concentrating, thinking, and communicating
  • Ability to push or pull 60 pounds and lift and/or carry 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for eight hours, bend, stretch, and reach
  • Must be able to see and hear
  • Must speak and read English
  • Display professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to maintain a friendly professional image throughout shift

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a food and beverage position helpful
  • Knowledge of menu items and beverage choices
  • Understanding of standards of operation as required by brand
  • Familiarity with local shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions to assist guest inquiries
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, department heads, associates, and support staff
  • Capability to work as part of a team on cleaning, side work, food preparation, and storage
  • Professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness

Job Duties

  • Offer prompt and courteous service to guests ensuring an enjoyable experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and guest ready appearance of the dining outlet
  • Prepare and consistently maintain dining area and supplies in guest ready atmosphere
  • Close out shift by cleaning and restocking supplies for next day or shift
  • Maintain safety and security practices and have thorough knowledge of emergency procedures
  • Ensure guests receive the highest quality product and service
  • Complete brand standard documentation as required
  • Perform other assigned duties within capacity
