Job Requirements
- Pass appropriate security clearance per company policy
- Ability to perform major life activities including standing, lifting, bending, learning, reading, concentrating, thinking, and communicating
- Ability to push or pull 60 pounds and lift and/or carry 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for eight hours, bend, stretch, and reach
- Must be able to see and hear
- Must speak and read English
- Display professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to maintain a friendly professional image throughout shift
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a food and beverage position helpful
- Knowledge of menu items and beverage choices
- Understanding of standards of operation as required by brand
- Familiarity with local shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions to assist guest inquiries
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, department heads, associates, and support staff
- Capability to work as part of a team on cleaning, side work, food preparation, and storage
- Professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness
Job Duties
- Offer prompt and courteous service to guests ensuring an enjoyable experience
- Maintain cleanliness and guest ready appearance of the dining outlet
- Prepare and consistently maintain dining area and supplies in guest ready atmosphere
- Close out shift by cleaning and restocking supplies for next day or shift
- Maintain safety and security practices and have thorough knowledge of emergency procedures
- Ensure guests receive the highest quality product and service
- Complete brand standard documentation as required
- Perform other assigned duties within capacity
