Job Requirements
- must have excellent customer service skills and stable work history
- ability to work entire shift on feet at a quick pace
- wear hotel uniform according to standards
- flexible to work any shift including weekends
- pass background screening
- achieve at least 80% score on hotel reservations system test after training
Job Qualifications
- at least six months’ experience in a customer service role
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- strong emotional intelligence with ability to manage emotions under pressure
- excellent communication skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- experience with data entry and database management
- high school diploma or GED
Job Duties
- welcome guests to the lobby and breakfast bar
- provide fast and courteous service to ensure an enjoyable dining experience
- set up the hot "On the House" breakfast daily following franchise guidelines
- consistently interact with guests to provide a superior breakfast experience
- communicate guest feedback to hotel management
- maintain food service quality and safety standards
- keep a clean work environment complying with health codes and hotel quality assurance
