Job Requirements
- Complete all brand required training
- Complete all required safety and health training
- Provide personalized service to all guests
- Communicate regularly and effectively with guests to understand their experience
- Prepare food and beverages according to provided recipes
- Fully comply with all food safety requirements as per training
- Maintain inventory by ordering food and supplies as needed
- Respond quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner and follow up
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality with adherence to work schedules
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming including dress code
- Oversee the food and beverage operations in breakfast department and catering
- Enforce company, hotel brand, and health code policies
- Support cost objectives by controlling food costs, payroll, and minimizing waste
- Set up and maintain the breakfast bar with an attractive, organized, and clean presentation
- Take inventory of food, beverages, and supplies daily
- Prepare foods such as fresh fruit, coffee, and juices
- Set up serving equipment and arrange cold food items
- Clear and clean tables, remove trash, and restock supplies
- Wash and store serving equipment and reusable items
- Vacuum, sweep, mop floors and clean furniture and surfaces
- Inspect areas for safety hazards and report maintenance issues
- Perform any other job-related duties assigned by supervisors
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles advantageous
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with diverse guests and staff
- Knowledge of food safety standards and ability to comply with hygiene guidelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures diligently
- Positive attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to guests in the breakfast area and beyond
- Prepare food and beverage according to recipe guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast bar and dining area
- Monitor and restock inventory by ordering food and supplies as needed
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and polishing furniture
- Comply with all food safety, health, and company policies and procedures
