Job Requirements
- Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
- Can-do attitude with positive willingness to learn
- Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
- Must work well under stressful and high-pressure situations
- Effective at listening, conflict resolution, and communication
- Desire to serve all guests with hospitality
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Arrive and clock in on time for every shift and clock out properly
- Clock in/out for breaks at designated times
- Provide sufficient notice when calling out from scheduled shifts

- Experience in hospitality or service industry preferred

- Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests' names to ensure a welcoming experience
- Work collaboratively to contribute to guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
- Support groups and events occurring at the hotel
- Utilize relevant technology effectively
- Answer incoming calls with friendly and professional phone etiquette
- Keep all workspaces clean and well-organized
- Help with cleaning guest rooms and public spaces when needed
- Greet guests warmly while performing cleaning duties
- Ensure breakfast room tables are cleared and sanitized after each guest's departure
- Set up breakfast buffet area consistently each morning
- Complete kitchen cleaning checklists after breakfast service
- Adhere to all food safety measures according to local codes
- Maintain buffet area stocked and clean throughout the breakfast period
