- Knowledge of cash handling policy and procedures
- Ability to perform all FOH duties
- Ability to consistently apply cash handling policy
- Understanding of work and food safety
- Ability to handle cleaning chemicals properly
- Reliable and dependable attendance
- Ability to learn basic cooking (chow mein and rice)

Job Duties
- Ensuring workability, intensity & integrity
- Performing front of house (FOH) responsibilities as directed by shift leader
- Greeting guests, serving food, and handling payment at the cash register
- Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the store
- Building emotional connection with guests through food, service & ambiance
- Monitoring food quality and providing feedback to restaurant and operations leaders
- Following cash handling procedures and operating POS systems accurately
