Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum of 5 years experience in freight forwarding or logistics management
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- experience managing P&L and budgets
- knowledge of air, ocean, and ground transportation logistics
- proficiency in compliance with international trade regulations
- effective communication and negotiation skills
- ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders

Job Duties
- Oversee all branch operations including import/export freight forwarding by air, ocean, and ground
- manage warehousing and customs brokerage activities
- manage the branch's P&L, budgeting, and financial performance to meet revenue and profit goals
- develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and market share
- lead, mentor, and motivate operations, sales, and customer service teams
- maintain and build strong relationships with key clients, vendors, and carriers
- ensure compliance with international trade regulations, company policies, and industry standards
- collaborate with regional and corporate leadership on business development initiatives, pricing strategies, and operational improvements
- monitor KPIs and implement process enhancements to improve service levels and cost efficiency
