Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Prior sales experience preferred
- Previous ski or mountain bike industry experience preferred
- Ability to stand for full shifts
- Physical ability to bend, reach, climb, lift up to 25 pounds, push, pull, and stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to ski or snowboard at intermediate level
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
- Advanced bootfitting certification
- Ability to maintain equipment cleanliness and safety protocols

- Experience in ski and snowboard boot technology and modifications
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service and personalized fit recommendations
- Knowledge of retail sales and product upselling techniques

- Intermediate skiing or snowboarding ability
- Comfortable using computers and point of sale software
Job Duties
- Conduct professional boot fittings using knowledge of foot anatomy, biomechanics, and boot technology
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, listening to needs, and delivering personalized advice
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge of boots, liners, and fit technologies
- Perform boot modifications including liner molding, shell stretching, cuff alignment, heel lifts, and canting
- Support sales of ski and snowboard equipment and accessories
- Engage with guests to understand their ability, goals, and preferences for a tailored experience
- Maintain clean and organized boot and hardgoods displays, monitor stock levels, and track repairs
- Ensure safe and proper use of bootfitting tools and maintain fitting area cleanliness
- Collaborate with retail team, tuning shop, and rental department for seamless guest service
- Support operations during busy periods with flexible scheduling
- Assist with alpine hardgoods sales and Demo Center support during downtime
