Job Requirements
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Clean and insurable driving record
- Valid SC License appropriate for the assigned vehicle and route
- Must be able to read, write, and perform basic math
- Must possess thorough understanding of sales and warehouse processes and procedures
- Regular, reliable, predictable attendance
- Ability to work reliably and independently with minimal daily supervision
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong customer service skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Drive company-owned vehicle to deliver products to customer accounts
- Complete required delivery procedures at each customer location, generate invoices for each product delivery and be responsible for daily settlement of your route
- Fill, merchandize, and rotate products in coolers, on displays and shelves according to published merchandising standards
- Organize and maintain backstock by stacking and arranging products by package and flavor, return empty pods, crates, damaged and out of date products to the warehouse
- Build and maintain customer relationships at the store level by delivering best-in-class customer service through communication, building rapport, and showing attentiveness to customer needs
- Communicate with customers to identify and understand their product and service needs
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management while resolving any customer concerns
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of delivery vehicle and communicate any equipment issues that need attention
- Adheres to DOT rules and regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
