Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- good communication skills
- able to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to maintain well-paced mobility including lifting, stooping and bending throughout the shift
- hand dexterity and coordination

Job Qualifications

- previous experience in food preparation or restaurant environment advantageous
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties
- Prepares food products for use by cooks and food servers
- retrieves food products and equipment from appropriate storage areas
- prepares protein according to standard recipes by seasoning, grilling and cutting into portions
- stores food properly to minimize spoilage and meet demand
- adheres to food safety and sanitation policies
- demonstrates correct use of food equipment and utensils
- maintains a clean and sanitary work area
- removes spills to prevent accidents
- organizes food, equipment and utensils
- posts and implements daily food preparation assignments
- performs additional duties as requested by team members
