Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and evenings
- Ability to perform physical duties such as lifting and standing for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace
- Willingness to adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Basic understanding of cleaning equipment and supplies
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous experience in restaurant or cleaning environment preferred
- Ability to handle physical cleaning tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Job Duties
- Sweeping ashes starting brick oven fires cleaning and or vacuuming floor space putting down chairs dusting cleaning restrooms emptying trash restocking cleaning supplies and toiletries keeping the Manager informed of all property faults
- Sweeps and mops restaurant floors
- Sweeps and vacuums carpets and floor mats
- Polishes all brass items using the designated cleaning agent and equipment
- Replaces light bulbs in light fixtures as needed according to operations
- Removes trash from within the restaurant area and disposes of in the appropriate container
- Picks up and disposes in a dumpster all trash from the parking lot and landscape area
- Assisting other employees as needed
