Job Duties
- stack clean dishes on racks using clean water and detergent in the dishwasher
- deliver clean dishes to designated areas as time permits
- rinse bus buckets and clean and dry pots, pans, utensils, and dough boxes
- remove trash and maintain general cleanliness of the work area
- receive, unload, and rotate products from vendors as needed
- assist cooks with prep as needed
- inspect dishwashing machine daily for cracks or broken equipment and identify broken dishes
- monitor dishwashing machine for proper operation and report malfunctions
- clean dishwasher and surrounding area throughout the day and at the close of business
