Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Prior hospitality experience
- Valid State of New Mexico driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to transport 60 pounds
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information
- Physical stamina for prolonged standing and movement
Job Qualifications
- Prior hospitality experience preferably in a similar position
- High school diploma
- Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
- Clear thinking and problem-solving skills using good judgment
- Ability to prioritize, organize and follow up
- Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel data
- Thorough knowledge of hotel services and amenities
- Ability to provide clear directions
- Ability to drive all vehicle types
- Proficiency in English, additional languages preferred
- Physical ability to exert effort transporting 60 pounds and endure various physical movements
Job Duties
- Transport guest luggage to/from guestrooms
- Escort guests to rooms and inform guests of hotel services and features
- Drive, park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently
- Drive guests to local area attractions and restaurants
- Maintain knowledge of all hotel services and amenities
- Respond promptly to guest needs and maintain positive guest relations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Assist with guest luggage and lost luggage
- Identify and explain room features and safety protocols
- Deliver messages, mail, packages, and gift items to guest rooms
- Manage vehicle parking, security, and retrieval
- Answer Bell Stand telephone with proper etiquette
- Polish luggage carts and maintain lobby appearance
- Communicate parking procedures to guests
