Job Requirements

minimum six months bartending experience
ability to handle cash accurately
ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
knowledge of state and federal alcohol regulations
excellent communication skills
ability to work well in a fast-paced and team environment
must be personable and professional

Job Qualifications

ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and long hours
bartending school preferred

Job Duties

demonstrate ability to meet company standards for guest service, interaction with co-workers and uniform standards
follow bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described
serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures including state and federal regulations pertaining to alcohol distribution
learn or have knowledge of various beer, wine varieties and spirits and suggestively upsell products to guests
pour drinks responsibly in accordance with company serving size standards
check guest's ID to verify minimum age requirements
communicate a cut-off to guests as required
listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
de-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if required
contact management if unable to resolve issues beyond scope
request additional or restock products as required
handle cash accurately and be responsible for bar bank
maintain clean and sanitary workstation and ensure bar equipment is clean and well maintained
set up and breakdown bar equipment and assist with cooler organization
