Job Requirements
- Minimum age 21
- Ability to lift and move full kegs of beer
- Capability to stand and move for long periods
- Flexibility to work any hours and days
- Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must adhere to health, cleanliness, and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years bartending experience in a high-volume business
- Oregon Food Handler’s Card
- Current OLCC servers permit
- Proficiency with computers and POS systems
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
Job Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and acknowledging every guest
- Serve drinks according to recipes and recommend promotions
- Interact extensively with guests maintaining excellent service standards
- Accurately ring in items and handle cash responsibly
- Follow OLCC rules and carry OLCC permit at all times
- Perform opening and closing duties maintaining cleanliness
- Check identifications and refuse service to intoxicated individuals
