Job Requirements

  • Minimum age 21
  • Ability to lift and move full kegs of beer
  • Capability to stand and move for long periods
  • Flexibility to work any hours and days
  • Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must adhere to health, cleanliness, and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years bartending experience in a high-volume business
  • Oregon Food Handler’s Card
  • Current OLCC servers permit
  • Proficiency with computers and POS systems
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities

Job Duties

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and acknowledging every guest
  • Serve drinks according to recipes and recommend promotions
  • Interact extensively with guests maintaining excellent service standards
  • Accurately ring in items and handle cash responsibly
  • Follow OLCC rules and carry OLCC permit at all times
  • Perform opening and closing duties maintaining cleanliness
  • Check identifications and refuse service to intoxicated individuals
